Coronavirus and fear – what you can do about staying calm and healthy

In light of the growing hysteria about Coronavirus (COVID-19), it’s important to temper fear with FACTS.

What we need to consider to keep ourselves healthy in every way becomes even more important in the face of a public health issue.

Dr. Hughes and I talk about the physical, mental, and emotional states that promote health…especially now. There is a lot of unmitigated fear being generated out there about Coronavirus (COVID-19)… and honestly, a lot of it is completely unnecessary.

Following the recommendations of health professionals – to maintain physical distancing, self-isolate if you feel sick, and quarantine if you have come from away where you might have had contact… those are our best defense. Fear is not a good defense.

Please get facts, keep your family and yourself safe, and follow the recommendations.
