In as little as 28 days of working with Dr. Shaler, you can make major improvements in your relationship by:
- clarifying your thinking
- understanding the dynamics of your relationship and where the issues lie
- learning and adopting new skills to communicate and manage conflicts productively
- re-igniting your interest, love, and willingness to re-establish closeness, or recognize that this relationship is not moving in a healthy direction for you
Dr. Shaler has been working with couples for more than thirty years. It’s that kind of expertise and experience that can help you move from drifting apart to getting closer than you’ve been in a long time. She is able to use her experience to quickly see the gaps, patterns, and needs that can be filled and changed. You then can make a wiser, informed decision about your best next steps, as an individual or as a couple.
You can work as quickly through the 8 sessions as you are able to schedule, make it a weekly program or longer. This program also gives you the opportunity to ask your questions by email (up to two a week) to help you move through the pain to the pleasure more quickly.
This includes 8 one-hour sessions, plus the opportunity to ask your questions each week by email.
You can use your eight sessions any time within a twelve week period, although Dr. Shaler recommends that you use it in eight weeks or less to keep the focus, progress and momentum positive.
All consulting sessions are in-person or via Skype. You will receive an email with information about this once you have decided to go forward and resolve your relationship issues with this program.
