More people are more comfortably uncomfortable in ending relationships than in finding solutions. Why? Because they know how to end things. Often, there is more support available for ending relationships than for working through them. I work with you to find solutions.
Yes, sometimes the final solution is ending the relationship, however, there is a lot of learning on the journey a relationship takes that can lead to greater growth, insight, clarity and collaboration. That’s why mediation is the wise choice!

thank you.
I recently read a very disturbing condition in the Herald Sun newspaper. It had to do with a salesman who claims to have been a victim of cyber bullying. Stalking in the workplace can take many forms but this case is fascinating because it was carried out by his boss via email.
Hello, Henriette,
Welcome to Sow Peace™. Thanks for sharing that story. What disturbs me most about that story is that the man did not stop it, especially if it was contained in emails.
Did the man think he needed that job so badly that he would accept this treatment over time? Apparently he didn’t like it because it eventually made it into the paper.
It is unfortunate that neither the man or his boss had the communication, negotiation and conflict management skills to sit down (or email…lol) in respectful ways. People with healthy boundaries don’t behave this way. Both of them could use some guidance that would lead to improved self-esteem and people skills.
I’m interested to know what brought the story to light. This is the kind of long-term interaction that often ends tragically.
What do you think?

I have been reading a lot of your emails each day. Its been very insperational. So i decided to check this out.
Ah – I moved to Cornwall from London in August last year. I have a view 180 degrees of countryside. This morning an event – after the long winter the sheep are back in the field closest to me. They are all lying down enjoying the fresh grass. Funny lovely creatures, sheep. This is my “peace sow” for today. Glad to be here – on the web and in Launceston on Rhoberta’s site.
Nice blog. Found it using Bing. Think I’ll be back to see what else you’ve blogged about.
Indeed, peace is the highest reward there is.
When you accept that you’re not the body and you’re not the mind, you’re becoming a witness.
This is the first step to realization, and the immediate reward is… peace.
Peace,
Stan
Thanks for adding that, Stan. Taking conscious steps towards realization of oneness does indeed bring peace…in my experience, too.
